ABOUT COMPETITIVE TEAMS
Ellis Gymnastics is proud to offer both JD and Xcel competitive teams. These teams are designed for gymnasts who are passionate about the sport and ready to further develop their skills in a supportive, challenging, and encouraging environment.
Our experienced coaches focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and teamwork while helping each gymnast reach their full potential. Throughout the season, athletes train consistently and represent Ellis Gymnastics at competitions across the region, creating lasting friendships and unforgettable experiences along the way.

Joining our competitive ranks is by invitation only, ensuring a cohesive and dedicated group of athletes.
Elite Commitment
Team members commit to rigorous training schedules and attend sanctioned competitions throughout the season.
Evaluation Process
Current students are continually evaluated; new students must schedule a formal skills assessment.

JOINING THE TEAM
Team membership at Ellis is an honor and a significant commitment for both gymnasts and their families. While most of our team members are selected from within our class programs, we welcome gymnasts with previous experience to contact us for an evaluation.
